Welcome to Zokol. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

1. Services​

Zokol provides mobile proxy services. Access to the service is granted on a temporary and non-exclusive basis. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable Use​

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Any illegal activity under applicable laws
  • Fraud, phishing, or impersonation
  • Unauthorized access to systems or networks (hacking)
  • Distribution of malware or harmful software
  • Abuse of third-party services (including excessive or aggressive scraping)
  • Sending spam or automated abusive traffic
  • Any activity that may harm Zokol’s infrastructure or reputation

3. User Responsibility​

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your use of our services.

You agree to ensure that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Suspension and Termination​

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • We detect suspicious or abusive activity
  • Required by law enforcement or legal obligations

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

5. No Warranty​

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Continuous or uninterrupted access
  • Specific performance levels or uptime
  • Compatibility with all use cases

6. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zokol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

7. Network and IP Usage​

Zokol acts solely as a service provider.

We do not control and are not responsible for how users utilize the proxies.
All actions performed through the proxies are the sole responsibility of the user.

We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities and comply with legal obligations, including the disclosure of information when required.

9. Refund Policy​

Use of the service is subject to our Refund Policy. By purchasing our services, you agree to its terms.

10. Privacy​

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law​

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.

12. Fair Use Policy​

"Unlimited" plans are subject to fair and reasonable usage as determined by Zokol.

We reserve the right to limit, throttle, or suspend usage that is deemed excessive, abusive, or negatively impacting network performance or other users.

13. Payments and Fraud​

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized payment.

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be suspended without notice and without refund.

14. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zokol from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
