Service License Agreement

1. Purpose​

This Service License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of software, tools, and services provided by Zokol ("Provider").

The Service allows users to configure and deploy proxy infrastructure using tools and configurations provided by the Provider.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

2. Intellectual Property​

All software, scripts, interfaces, configurations, documentation, and related materials remain the exclusive property of the Provider or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to the user.

3. Granted License​

The Provider grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service strictly for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

4. Prohibited Uses​

You expressly agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal activity
  • Engage in fraud, phishing, hacking, or unauthorized access to systems
  • Perform abusive, excessive, or unauthorized scraping activities
  • Use the Service to bypass legal, technical, or security restrictions
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without written authorization
  • Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where permitted by law

5. Deployment and User Responsibility​

The Service may allow deployment or configuration of proxy infrastructure under the user's control.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are solely responsible for all usage of any deployed proxies
  • You are responsible for securing your infrastructure and preventing misuse
  • The Provider has no control over end-use traffic or activities

6. Monitoring and Enforcement​

The Provider reserves the right to:

  • Monitor usage for security, abuse prevention, and compliance purposes
  • Restrict, throttle, or suspend access at any time
  • Take action against any misuse of the Service without prior notice

7. No Warranty​

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

The Provider does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Specific performance, uptime, or results
  • Security or suitability for any particular use case

8. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, reputation, or business opportunities arising from the use of the Service.

9. Termination​

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

The Provider may suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, in case of:

  • Violation of this Agreement
  • Abuse or suspicious activity
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Service.

10. Updates and Modifications​

The Provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Privacy and Data​

Use of the Service may involve processing technical data such as logs, connection metadata, and usage information for security and operational purposes.
