1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers may have a right to withdraw within fourteen (14) days of purchase.

However, by purchasing our services and requesting immediate activation, you expressly agree that the service begins immediately and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The service purchased is an "Unlimited" mobile proxy plan
  • The request is made within 24 hours of purchase

3. Refund Process

4. Refund Terms

If the request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued
  • Refunds are processed within a reasonable timeframe

5. Non-Refundable Services

All mobile proxy services other than "Unlimited" plans are non-refundable.
